We are now looking for a skilled and driven Project/Program Manager
to join our R&D team.
As a Project/Program Manager, you will take full ownership of project execution from planning to delivery. You’ll lead cross-functional project teams (SW, FW, FPGA, HW), manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your work will have a direct impact on our product development pipeline and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined quality standards. You will also manage project changes and evaluate their impact on timelines, costs, and outcomes.
Stakeholder & Customer Interaction
You will communicate regularly with both clients and internal management, providing updates on project progress. A key part of your role will also include managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth collaboration with all stakeholders.
Execution & Quality Control
You will track the completion of tasks, proactively identify and address risks, and ensure that development, testing, and deployment processes follow established standards. Delivering project milestones on schedule and with high quality is a central focus.
Resource Management
You will optimize the use of available human, financial, and technical resources, while ensuring effective coordination between cross-functional teams (SW, FW, FPGA, HW).
Methodology & Processes
You will apply suitable project management methodologies, whether Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or traditional (Waterfall), based on project needs. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes across the organization.
Analytics & Reporting
You will prepare clear and insightful project reports for both management and clients. After the project completion, you’ll analyze results, extract key learnings, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing R&D projects in a technical environment.
- Proven track record in end-to-end delivery of projects involving both hardware and software.
- Experience collaborating with external design partners and suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong self-leadership, problem-solving ability, and proactive mindset.
- Experience in multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- Project management certification (PMBOK, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of video interfaces (especially HDMI) is a strong advantage but not required.

Note: This role is primarily office-based in Espoo, as we value close collaboration and interaction with the team. However, partial remote work in a hybrid model is also possible.
