We are an international manufacturer of premium dental equipment looking for a Junior Sales & Aftersales Engineer to support our operations in Finland and France. This role blends technical service, sales support, and customer development, giving you a rare opportunity to grow into a trusted expert in a dynamic, international environment.
Your First Responsibilities – Aftersales & Service:
- Install and commission dental equipment at customer sites across Finland
- Provide responsive technical support, both remotely and on-site
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly and professionally
- Deliver product training to end-users (dentists, assistants, clinic staff)
- Carry out regular maintenance visits and assist with upgrades or spare parts
- Keep accurate service logs and report technical feedback to internal teams
- Contribute to the development of a dealer training system in collaboration with the training team
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and ongoing support
Where You’ll Grow (Sales Support Path):
- Support sales managers with product presentations and demonstrations
- Gather customer feedback to improve product-market fit
- Prepare technical documentation and assist in creating offers and proposals
- Represent the company at local and international trade shows and industry events
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with clinics and distributor partners
What We’re Looking For:
- A technical degree (Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics or similar)
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in technical service, medical devices, or precision equipment (a strong plus)
- Familiarity with electronics, mechanical systems, and basic software troubleshooting
- Professional fluency in French and English (essential for this role)
- At least basic conversational skills in Finnish, enough to handle everyday interactions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Readiness to travel within Southern and Central Finland and occasionally within the EU
- A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused mindset, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
Workplace & Environment
- You’ll be primarily based at our Askola facility (at least 2 days per week), with the option to work from our Vantaa city office.
- The role includes regular client visits across Southern and Central Finland, and occasional travel to France and other EU countries.
- Enjoy a hybrid work model with flexibility — typically one remote workday per week.
- You’ll collaborate closely with an international team led by our Sales Director, working with both domestic and French-speaking clients and distributors.
